The above registration fees are inclusive of GST.  Please note, the Member fees above apply to Individual Members and employees working for an EEA Gold Corporate Member.  The EEA Gold Corporate Members are:  ABB, Meridian Energy, Orion NZ, PowerNet, Transfield Services, Transpower NZ, TrustPower Ltd, Vector and Wellington Electricity. The Half Day Registration on Wednesday includes Lunch & Afternoon Tea and the Social Hour. The One Day Registration on Thursday includes Morning & Afternoon Tea, Lunch and the Social Hour. The One Day Registration on Friday includes Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch only. Trade Exhibitor Registrations Please note that Trade Exhibitor registrations will be open on 15 March. Registration Cancellations Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences & Events eeaconf@confer.co.nz Cancellations received by 1 May 2013 will not incur a cancellation fee, cancellations received between 1 May and 17 May 2013 will incur a $75 administration fee.  No refund will be given for cancellations received after 17 May 2013  Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time.
