ACCOMMODATION A special Conference rate has been negotiated and block bookings are held at four hotels. To receive the discounted rates all bookings must be via the online registration.  Rooms will not be held after 17 May 2013 so please book early to secure a room. To confirm your room, your will be required to submit your credit card details as a guarantee.  Please note that your credit card won’t be charged at this stage and the details will be passed onto the hotel as a guarantee.  You will be required to pay your bill in full at time of check out.  Credit card details will be held for the event of cancellation (please refer to Accommodation Amendments and Cancellation Conditions below). Deluxe King or Twin Room Rate: $198.00 inc GST (breakfast not included) Accommodation Amendments & Cancellations Under the agreed terms and conditions with the Hotels, the following cancellation and amendment policies apply. All amendments and cancellations must be received in writing by Conferences & Events Ltd.  In the event that an exhibitor or delegate fails to "show" at the hotel on the appointed date, the booking shall be deemed a full cancellation and the full cost of the room will be charged. Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will not be charged. No refund will be given for rooms cancelled less than 30 days before due arrival.
