Who Should Exhibit?
Exhibitors
who should consider a trade exhibit at this conference include drug
companies, manufacturers and suppliers of medical equipment and those
who have a keen interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and
quality healthcare. Additionally, the majority of attendees will
be influential members of both government and non-government
organizations and businesses that have an interest in workplace injury
prevention, and occupational safety. It is expected that several
of the attendees will be employees of OSH, many will be employees of
ACC and many will be Occupational Physicians working in the industry.
We
offer a range of sponsorship packages, details of which are
attached. We are flexible and are willing to work with you to
create the ideal combination for your organization.
Benefits to sponsors are commensurate with the level of
investment. The earlier the sponsorship/exhibition commitment is
made, the greater the exposure through all pre-conference publicity and

Welcome Reception (Thursday)
Thursday evening, after Council Meetings. Includes: name association in

organising committee; company banner in reception venue;
acknowledgement on the sponsor’s page in the conference handbook

Conference Dinner (Saturday)
To be held at The Millennium Hotel, Queenstown.
Includes: naming rights in conference material; verbal acknowledgement

dinner; company banner in dinner venue; acknowledgement on

Delegates make full use of the breaks to discuss sessions they have
attended as well as an opportunity to renew acquaintances and network.
