Participate in the ANZSOM & AMSANZ conference to promote your goods and services and to market your organisation to occupation medicine specialist and general practitioners across New Zealand and Australia. Who Should Exhibit?

Exhibitors who should consider a trade exhibit at this conference include drug companies, manufacturers and suppliers of medical equipment and those who have a keen interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and quality healthcare.  Additionally, the majority of attendees will be influential members of both government and non-government organizations and businesses that have an interest in workplace injury prevention, and occupational safety.  It is expected that several of the attendees will be employees of OSH, many will be employees of ACC and many will be Occupational Physicians working in the industry.
We offer a range of sponsorship packages, details of which are attached.  We are flexible and are willing to work with you to create the ideal combination for your organization.   Benefits to sponsors are commensurate with the level of investment.  The earlier the sponsorship/exhibition commitment is made, the greater the exposure through all pre-conference publicity and advertising.

Cost:    $5,500 + GST
Welcome Reception (Thursday)

Thursday evening, after Council Meetings. Includes: name association in conference material; verbal acknowledgement as the major sponsor on the evening of the event; opportunity to promote your organisation through giveaway/draw or other promotion organised in conjunction with the organising committee; company banner in reception venue; acknowledgement on the sponsor’s page in the conference handbook
Cost:    $5,000 + GST
Conference Dinner (Saturday)

To be held at The Millennium Hotel, Queenstown.
Includes: naming rights in conference material; verbal acknowledgement as the major sponsor on the evening of the event;  dinner tickets printed with your company logo; 4-5 minute speaking opportunity at the dinner;  company banner in dinner venue;  acknowledgement on the sponsor’s page in the conference handbook
Cost:    $6,000 + GST
Breakfast/Lunch or Tea Breaks (Take place in The Gallery, Millennium Hotel)

Delegates make full use of the breaks to discuss sessions they have attended as well as an opportunity to renew acquaintances and network.
Includes:  naming rights in conference material;  signage featuring your company logo displayed on the buffet tables;  company logo on header slide prior to break;  display company banner in break venue;  acknowledgement on the sponsor’s page in the conference handbook
Cost:     $1,500 each + GST
Conference Bag

All attendees will receive a branded conference bag.
Includes:  company branding on bag; to be signed off jointly by yourself and conference organising committee; acknowledgement on sponsor’s page in the conference handbook; one complimentary exhibitor registration   
Cost:     $2,000 + GST
Concurrent Sessions/Topics—Name Association

Includes:  name association with all concurrent sessions;  company logo on pre-start slide and the MC and/or Chairperson will make verbal acknowledgement of sponsor when opening the session; acknowledgement on the sponsor’s page in the conference handbook (session topics will be advised as they are confirmed)
