Registration Details

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.

We recommend registering early to secure your place and avoid incur a late registration charge.

Late Registrations received after Saturday 14th July
Registration fees received after Saturday 14th July will incur a $100.00 late fee charge.

The registration fee includes:


  •    Attendance to all conference sessions, lectures, Society Meetings and AGMs.
  •    Conference programme and bag.
  •    Morning, afternoon tea and lunches as stated in the programme.
  •    Welcome drinks on Thursday 16 August.
  •    Pre-Dinner Drinks & Combined Societies Dinner on Saturday 18 August.

The registration fee does NOT include:

  •    Worksite Visits to Manapouri Power Station, Coronet Peak Ski Field, Millbrook Golf Course, MV Earnslaw to Walter             Peak High Country Station, Winery Visit.
  •    Skyline Restaurant Dinner on Friday 17 August.
  •    Optional Wine Tasting Experience.
  •    Accommodation, breakfasts (unless stated in the programme) and all items of a personal nature; ie minibar,                telephone, laundry etc.
  •    Additional tickets for partners to attend the Welcome Drinks Thursday 16 August, Pre-Dinner Drinks and Combined          Societies Dinner on Saturday 18 August.

Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference.

Registration Options:


1.    Register online (preferred method) and pay by:

  •    Credit card (Mastercard or Visa), or
  •    Download an invoice and pay by cheque or direct credit (bank account details will be on your invoice)
  •    All online registrations will automatically be emailed a GST invoice/receipt and confirmation letter.

2.    Register by regular mail:
 
  •    Download a registration form, complete and post with your payment (details below).
 
Payment Details:
  •    All registration forms must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque drawn on a NZ bank draft in NZ dollars,          or bank draft in NZ dollars.
  •    Please make cheques payable to: "ANZSOM & AMSANZ Conference 2007”
  •    Post to Conferences and Events Ltd, PO Box 1254, Nelson.
  •    Overseas cheques cannot be accepted and will lead to a delay in registration.
  •    Bank drafts should reference your name and organisation.  Account information can be found on your invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration Fees

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing and sent to [email protected]
Cancellations received by 6 July 2007 will incur no cancellation fee, cancellations received from 7 July  will incur a cancellation fee of $100, cancellations received after 28 July will be liable for full registration fee and will not receive a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

Special Requirements
Should you have special needs for food or mobility requirements, or have any other special requirements please let us know when you register.

Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, personal injury or damage to persons or property occurring before or during the conference, neither ANZSOM & AMSANZ or Conferences & Events Ltd can accept responsibility for any losses incurred by delegates.  Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate. We recommend insurance cover. Please check with your travel agent or insurance broker.

The programme is correct as we go to print.  However, the committee reserves the right to change the programme at any time.  The conference managers and the organising committee shall not be responsible for any costs or damages arising from any action based on the information in this brochure.
