Accommodation reservation will be available though the Registration Site when the registration opens. Rooms have been booked in Queenstown at special Conference rates. To receive the special rate the booking must go through this registration site.

Your credit card details will be required to secure the booking. The credit card will not be charged at this stage and will be passed on to the Hotel for security only. However, in case of no-show or cancellations after 13 July 2007 (30 day notice), the Hotel reserves the right to charge your card for one night’s accommodation and to cancel the booking. It is an individual responsibly of the delegate to clear the account upon the check out. The rooms can be shared.

Accommodation booking terms and conditions
A credit card number must accompany your booking request and will be forwarded to the chosen accommodation provider to secure your booking.  All delegates are responsible for their own accounts (including room, tax, minibar, incidentals and damages) and accounts are to be paid directly to the accommodation provider upon departure, failure to do so will result in the credit card used to secure the booking being charged.
   
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
One room night charge will be applied for any cancellations received to the secretariat office less than 30 days prior to the conference. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent or emailed to the conference secretariat.
