Conference Registration Registration Fees All fees are in NZ$ and include GST The delegate and companion fees cover all social functions and tours as detailed in the conference programme, with exception of the post conference tours which are a separate cost. Complimentary Registration for PIN Member Colleges Each member college can name anyone from the college to receive the complimentary registration (only one per college).  PIN member colleges are listed in the membership directory that is available on the PIN website Click here .  When only one person from a college is attending that person receives the free registration.  When multiple members from a college attends the college is required to identify the one person who is entitled to this complimentary registration. Cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details). Payment Details     Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. Credit card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter. All registrations must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque (drawn on a NZ bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars. Please make cheques payable to: "PIN 2012". Overseas cheques cannot be accepted. Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be found on your invoice. If you have any problems with your online registration please contact us. Cancellation and Refund Policy   Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences & Events by emailing  pin2012@confer.co.nz.  Cancellations received before 31 August will be given a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.  No refund will be given for cancellations received after 1 September .  Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time, including the day of the event, but the person registered on this form is liable for payment of the registration fee.
