* This non member registration grants you with a 2 years complimentary ISSHA membership. Please, go to ISSHA membership application, and then press the “register” tab in the bottom. When you receive a message requesting you to pay (24h later), just re-send it to [email protected] and you will be transferred to the list of “paid members”
**Student Registration: Official documents must be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or fax to have benefit of student status. It must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the relevant university department or by the student’s supervisor and stamped with official stamp. If not possible to present the document above, please provide a copy of your student ID.
- Full registration fees include: entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, lunches, tea/coffee breaks, icebreaker, welcome reception and the general assembly.
- Day registration fees include: entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, lunches, tea/coffee breaks on that day. Social functions are at an additional cost.
- The conference dinner is an additional cost of $115.00, tickets can be purchased on the Social Functions page of the online registration form.
- Early registration ends 15 August 2014. To qualify for early registration you must register by this date and pay by 29 August 2014.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat [email protected] Cancellations received up to and including 31 August 2014 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 1st September 2014 – this includes ‘no shows’ on the day. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified via email to [email protected].
