**If you are registering at the Young Professional rate, you must provide the conference secretariat with a scanned copy of either your Drivers Licence or Passport. You will be sent a request by email after registering.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
Early bird registrations must be paid for by 11 March 2016 or the late registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before 19 February 2016 will be charged an administration fee of $100, a refund will be given less the administration fee. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received on or after 20 February 2016 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
