Registration To register for the Conference Registration Fees All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive Full Registration fees include; entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, lunches and tea/coffee breaks and Welcome Reception. Day Registration fees include; entrance to all conference sessions on that day, conference handbook, lunches and tea/coffee breaks. To qualify for the Discounted Registration types (ie Student, Unwaged and NGO) we will require proof of this emailed to us at nzccc2012@confer.co.nz in the form of the following: • Student - student ID and proof of current enrolment • NGO employee - a letter from your employer on headed paper • Unwaged – proof of unwaged status Payment Options • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa or AMEX), or • cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details). Payment Details • Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. • Credit card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter. • Post your invoice and payment to: NZCCC Conference 2012, c/- Conferences & Events Ltd, PO Box 24078, Wellington. • All registrations must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque (drawn on a NZ bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars. • Please make cheques payable to: “NZCCC Conference 2012”. • Overseas cheques cannot be accepted. • Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Cancellation and Refund Policy Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences & Events: nzccc2012@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received by 10 May 2012 will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 10 March 2012 will incur a $75 fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 23 April. Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time. Special Requirements Should you have special needs for food or mobility requirements, or have any other special requirements please let us know when you register.
