Registration   Early registration deadline is the 7th of February 2012. Included in registration for full delegates is:  Satchel, Handbook, Journal, IFMSS Membership Fee, Breakfast (Saturday 31st March - Wednesday 4th April), Teas and Lunches, Welcome Reception on Friday 30th March, Dinner on Saturday 31st March, Walter Peak Farm Excursion on Monday 2nd April, Dinner on Monday 2nd April and Dinner on the 3rd of April. Payment Options • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa or AMEX). • Cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details). Payment Details • Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. • Credit card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter. • All registrations must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque (drawn on a NZ bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars. • Please make cheques payable to: "IFMSS Conference". • Overseas cheques cannot be accepted. • Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be found on your invoice. • If you have any problems with your online registration please call us at +64 4 384 1511.  Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to ifmss@confer.co.nz. • Cancellations received by 27 February will not incur a cancellation fee. • Cancellations received after 28 February will incur a $75 fee. • No refund will be given for cancellations received after 16th March. • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
