Thanks to all who attended AMN8.  We hope you had a great time in Queenstown and we hope to see you again at AMN9 in 2019!

Registration Fees

All prices are inclusive of GST (15%) and are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%.

Accommodation 

We advise that you book your accommodation when registering (refer to the accommodation page for further details)

Please note that February is the busiest month of the year for Queenstown tourism.  Accommodation at this time of year will be in high demand due to the large number of tourists in town including those visiting for Chinese New Year.  Accommodation will sell out fast! We strongly advise that you book your accommodation early.   If you are not in a position to register now but want to secure your accommodation now, please use our accommodation booking form.  

Early Registration

You must register on or before Friday 4th November to qualify for the early registration fee.

The Full/Student Registration Fees include:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Morning Tea/Coffee, Lunch and Afternoon Tea/Coffee (Monday – Thursday)
  • Attendance at the Welcome Function on Sunday evening
  • Attendance at the Conference Dinner on Wednesday evening including a return ride on the Gondola to the Skyline restaurant.
  • Conference satchel with handbook

The Day Registration Fee includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions on that day
  • Morning Tea/Coffee, Lunch and Afternoon Tea/Coffee (on day of attendance)
  • Conference satchel with handbook

The Day Registration fee does NOT include:

  • The Conference Dinner – tickets can be purchased for $172.50 inc GST
  • The Welcome Reception – tickets can be purchased for $69.00 inc GST

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy 
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. Cancellations received by 12 August will not incur a cancellation fee; cancellations received between 13th August and 12th December will incur a $100 service fee. No refunds will be issued on or after the 13th December 2016. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Payments
Full payment MUST be made by Credit or Debit Card prior to Conference. Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax receipt will be issued.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Delegates who cancel their accommodation booking must inform Conferences & Events Ltd in writing of their cancellation. Please check the individual hotels cancellation policies when booking.  By booking a room, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy 
By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the Conference Committee, the venue and accommodation providers. Unless you have indicated on the Contact Details page, your details will be included in the delegate list and may be made available to Sponsors prior to Conference.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended that delegates have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses.

Disclaimer
The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause. Attendees are advised that photographs and videos may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.
