Social Programme Welcome Drinks Monday, 4 July from 6.00pm - 7.00pm Nelson College for Girls Exhibition Dress Code/smart/casual Inclusive for all delegates / Guest tickets $40.00 Kick off the Conference by joining us for Welcome Drinks. Meet and network with other Colleagues, Supporters and Exhibitors. Attending the welcome reception is included in the full delegate registration fee. However, for catering purposes you must confirm attendance, or we will presume that you will not be attending. Additional tickets may be purchased for guests for $40.00. Quiz Sunday 5th July Venue: House of Ales, Trafalgar Street Dress Code: Casual Tickets: $12.00 per person Test your general knowledge with this relaxed fun quiz night. Present your ticket at the bar to get your first drink on the house. Please bring cash or credit card for additional drinks. Wine Tasting and Conference Dinner Monday, 5th July from 7.00pm Seifrieds Winery & Restaurant Dress Code: Smart Casual Tickets $70.00 A social highlight will be the conference dinner at Seifrieds Restaurant & Winery. Sample some of Seifrieds award winning wines, followed by an amazing meal prepared by one of Nelson’s great chefs. There will be entertainment through out the evening to ensure you have a night to remember. Wine is provided but you will need to bring cash or a credit card if you wish to purchase additional drinks. Caf� Crawl Tuesday 6th July from 6.30pm Trafalgar Street Cafes and Restaurants, Nelson Dress Code: Casual Ticket: $60 Nelson has many fine Caf�’s for you to visit and enjoy the local cuisine. We have three Caf� Crawl ‘Teams’ –visiting– Victorian Rose, House of Ale, and Caf� Affair. Teams will visit each restaurant/caf� once for either an entr�e, main or dessert. Optional Activities - Wednesday 7th July (afternoon) The meeting programme finishes at lunchtime on Wednesday 7 July and the afternoon has been reserved for optional activities. Details to follow. Cancellation and Refund Policy Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. Cancellations received by 9 May 2010 will not incur a cancellation fee, however, cancellations received after 19 May will incur a $75 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 18 June 2010. Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time with out charge. Special Requirements Should you have special needs for food or mobility requirements, or have any other special requirements please let us know when you register. |
