Wellington – “The Coolest little Capital in the World”
Wellington is a picture perfect city, set between a magnificent harbour and rolling green hills. It is also a
compact city where funky shops, exciting galleries and great restaurants are within easy walking
distance. The compact size of Wellington makes it perfect for explorations on foot. In just a few
kilometres, four unique areas sit side by side, making up the unique experience of Wellington. With its
restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas, and theatres, Courtenay Place is thoroughly distraction packed. Cuba
Street captures the creative pulse of this vibrant arts capital. Lambton Quay tempts with designer
fashions and food to match. And to unwind, follow the locals to the Waterfront where many parks,
museums and landmarks stand beside the stunning harbour. Visit: www.wellingtonnz.com for ideas and
