Registration Fees All fees are in NZ$ and include 15% GST Registration Type Fee NZ$ Member* (up to and including 31 August 2011) $490 Member* (31 August 2011 to 26 October2011) $539 Non Member (up to and including 31 August 2011) $567 Non Member (31 August 2011 to 26 October 2011) $623 Late Registration (from 27 October 2011 to on-site) $653 Day Registration $220 Student $350 *To qualify for the member rates you must be a member of Restorative Practices International either directly or indirectly through Restorative Justice Aoteroa's membership of RPI. You will be asked to provide your membership details when registering. The registration fee includes: Attendance to all sessions and entry to the exhibition hall Delegate satchel and meeting material Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch Attendance at the opening ceremony for all delegates (guests can purchase tickets to attend). The registration fee does not include: Breakfast Dinners including the conference dinner. Tickets for the conference dinner cost $75 per person. Payment Options Credit card (Mastercard or Visa) Paypal Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details). Manual deposit Payment Details Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. Credit card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be found on your invoice. Cancellation and Refund Policy Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to: RPIRJA@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 23 October 2011 will be charged an administration fee of 20%. A refund will be given less the administration fee. Cancellations received after 23 October 2011 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 9 November 2011 (including "no shows" at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time. Registrations received after the rsvp date may incur a late fee.
