Conference Registration Fees
All fees are in NZ$ and include GST

- Full Registration Fees include the attendance at all sessions including the pre-conference workshops, Welcome Function and field trips. The Conference Dinner is an additional cost of $110.00.
- Day registrations include the attendance at session on that day only and does not include any social functions or pre-conference workshops.
- Accepted abstract presenters will qualify for the early rate.

Payment Options
• Credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
• Cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details).
Payment Details
• Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference.
• Credit card – Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter.
• All registrations must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque (drawn on a NZ bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars.
• Please make cheques payable to: “NZTIWF 2015”.
• Overseas cheques cannot be accepted.
• Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be found on your invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences & Events by emailing [email protected] Cancellations received on or before 9 March 2015 will be refunded less an $100 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 9 March 2015. Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time, including the day of the event, but the person registered on this form is liable for payment of the registration fee.
