IMPORTANT NOTE: The fee of $50 NZD per abstract submission will serve as a credit towards your registration fee (up to $100 credit per submitting author’s registration). The credit only applies to 'full conference' registration types, not day registrations.

Day Registration Includes:
- Monday - includes Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch
- Tuesday - includes Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch
- Wednesday – No sessions (Networking and field trip day – see separate sign up)
- Thursday - includes Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch
- Friday - includes Morning & Afternoon Tea and Lunch
Optional Add ons
- Mid-Conference Field Trips on Wednesday 2 August
- Symposium Dinner on Thursday 3 August
Early Career Researcher Registration
To qualify for the discounted Early Career Researcher registration rate, you must be within five years of graduating from your terminal degree. This time does not include parental or other relevant leave.
Accompanying Person
This option is if you wish to bring someone along to the catering breaks each day, the Icebreaker Reception on Sunday 30 July and the Symposium Dinner on Thursday 3 August. The cost is $550 per person.
Additional Guest Icebreaker Reception and Symposium Dinner Tickets
If you would like to purchase additional guest tickets to the Social Functions, the cost is $70 for the Icebreaker Reception and $120 for the Symposium Dinner. You will be able to purchase multiple tickets when registering.
Payment
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration [email protected].
If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.
Registration cancellation and refund policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before 23 May 2023 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 23 May 2023 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
