We’d like to encourage you to all stay at the conference hotels, as this will mean that everyone’s in the same place, giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
Bookings need to be made online via the links provided. Booking codes are for new bookings only and are not valid on other websites. If a booking reference/code has been provided and it is not entered at the time of booking, the hotel is unable to apply this at a later date, so please ensure it is entered at the time of making the new booking. To secure your reservation, you must provide credit card details using a credit card that has an expiry date that extends beyond your date of departure.

Amendments and Cancellation terms:
Please contact the hotel directly to make changes to your booking. Hotel cancellation terms and conditions apply. All rooms are subject to availability.

We strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out on your preferred hotel and reduced prices.
