Free Paper and Poster Competition If you would like to submit an abstract for the free paper oral session which takes place on the afternoon of Thursday 20th September or for the Poster Competition which takes place during the conference – please email National Committee Secretary: Berice Beach on pnc.sec@xtra.co.nz. Important Dates  • Registration Opens 2nd March 2012  • Early Bird Registration Closes 6th August 2012 Audiovisual Equipment   Each room at the conference venue will have a minimum of the following: • Dataprojector • Laptop • Screen. Presenters should bring their presentation to the conference on a memory stick or CD. A technician will be onsite to load your presentation. However you will be emailed 2-3 weeks prior  to the conference by the organisers who will ask for you to email your presentation if you have it  ready. Presenters Registration  All presenters, other than those specifically sponsored, or those advised by the Conference  Committee as being registration fee exempt, are required to register for the conference.   Presenters also need to meet their own travel and accommodation costs. Re-accessing your Abstract Submission   When you submit your abstract you will be given an access key.  If you wish to submit a new  abstract or replace an existing abstract you can do this through the abstract link prior to the closing date of 1st June 2012.
