**If you are registering at the Young Professional rate, you must provide the conference secretariat with a scanned copy of either your Drivers Licence or Passport. You will be sent a request by email after registering.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before 6 March 2015 will be charged an administration fee of $100. A refund will be given less the administration fee. Cancellations received after 6 March 2015 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 20 March 2015 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
