*If your paper is accepted for presentation at the conference, the early rates will apply to you right up to the conference.
**If you are registering at the Young Professional rate, you must provide the conference secretariat with a scanned copy of either your Drivers Licence or Passport. You will be sent a request by email after registering.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before 14 February 2014 will be charged an administration fee of $100. A refund will be given less the administration fee. Cancellations received after 14 February 2014 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 10 March 2014 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
