The registration fee includes:

  • entrance to all conference sessions
  • conference programme
  • lunches, morning and afternoon teas
  • attendance at the conference drinks reception

The registration fee does not include:

  • the Conference Dinner which will be held on Tuesday 7th July. Tickets for the dinner must be purchased separately and cost $95 per ticket.

  • Credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
  • Cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details)

Payment details

  • Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference.
  • Credit card – pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter.
  • All registrations must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque (drawn on a New Zealand bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars.
  • Please make cheques payable to: “NZIP 2015”.
  • Overseas cheques cannot be accepted.
  • Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be found on your invoice.

Cancellation and refund policy

Please note your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.  Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected].  Cancellations received on or before 5 June 2015 will be charged an administration fee of $100. A refund will be given less the administration fee.  Cancellations received after 5 June 2015 will receive a 50% refund.  No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 22 June 2015 (including “no shows” at the conference).  Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
