Kia Ora Welcome to NMC2023
On behalf of the the Board of NMC Ltd and the Conference Design Committee, we warmly invite you to join us for the National Mediation Conference (NMC2023) to be held in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa (Wellington, New Zealand) in 2023.
NMC 2023 conference brings together a diverse range of practitioners and researchers, including many First Nations presenters who are actively working in the mediation, dispute, and conflict resolution spheres.
The NMC Board respects the essential living custodial relationship between all First Nations peoples and the land, the water and the oceans, and we respect their cultural and spiritual practices. We respect all Elders and are committed to reconciliation among all people.
Welcome to Wellington, the vibrant capital of New Zealand
Famous for a vibrant creative culture fuelled by great food, wine, craft beer, coffee and events, Wellington is a cosmopolitan city with an energetic personality.
Perched on the water’s edge and surrounded by nature, Wellington is a compact, walkable city. With a vibrant arts scene, fabulous café and restaurant culture nestled round the stunning waterfront, it must be one of the easiest cities in the world to get around on foot.
Wellington enjoys more cafes, bars and restaurants than New York City, and its coffee and craft beer producers are internationally recognised.
A creative, cosmopolitan city, Wellington combines the sophistication of a capital with the warmth and personality of a village.
