After 6 Oct, the option to book a trip will be available to you in your registration confirmation email.<\/li>\n<li>Field trips will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book by 31 October 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Field trips require a minimum number of bookings to go ahead. If a field trip is unable to go ahead, we will advise within one week of the booking deadline (31 October). You will be fully refunded or given the option to transfer to a different field trip.<\/li>\n<li>The organising committee is fully committed to offering these trips, but does reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time.
