Booking:
Accommodation bookings are now closed. For any changes to bookings, please contact the conference organisers directly at [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotels directly if you have made your booking during the registration.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation is available until 9 October 2024. Cancellations from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking.
Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking. This card must be valid on the day of check-out of the hotel.
