We are delighted to have been able to get fantastic rates with some of Christchurch's main providers. Please read the details for each hotel below. You can book your accommodation during the registration.
We'd like to encourage you to stay at the conference hotels as this will mean that everyone is in the same place giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.
We strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out on your preferred hotel.
Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking:
Accommodation Bookings are made via the REGISTRATION FORM. For any changes to bookings, please contact the conference organisers directly at [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotels directly if you have made your booking during the registration.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation is available until 9 October 2024. Cancellations from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking.
Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking. This card must be valid on the day of check-out of the hotel.
