Accommodation Amendments & Cancellations
Under the agreed terms and conditions with the Hotels, the following cancellation and amendment policies apply. All amendments and cancellations must be received in writing by Conferences & Events Ltd. In the event that an exhibitor or delegate fails to “show” at the hotel on the appointed date, the booking shall be deemed a full cancellation and the full cost of the room will be charged. Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will not be charged. No refund will be given for rooms cancelled less than 30 days before due arrival.
