Please note, the Member fees apply to Individual Members and employees working for an EEA Gold Corporate Member. The EEA Gold Corporate Members are: ABB, Meridian Energy, Orion NZ, PowerCo, PowerNet, Transfield Services, Transpower NZ, TrustPower Ltd, Vector and Wellington Electricity.

  • The Full Registration includes all Morning & Afternoon Teas, Lunches and the Social Hour on Wednesday evening and Social Hour on the Thursday evening.
  • The Half Day Registration on Wednesday includes Lunch & Afternoon Tea and the Social Hour.
  • The One Day Registration on Thursday includes Morning & Afternoon Tea, Lunch and the Social Hour.
  • The One Day Registration on Friday includes Morning Tea and Lunch only.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS

Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only.  Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session  must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form.  The number of complimentary trade exhibitor registrations available per stand is shown on the Stand List, click here to view.

If you wish to have additional Exhibitors registered on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlement, you will need to complete a Trade Exhibition Registration.  The person from your company who booked your Trade Exhibition Stand/s will have been sent an email with a link to online Trade Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in February 2014.  This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and additional Trade Exhibitor registrations.   The cost for additional exhibitor registrations is $470.00 inc GST before April 7, and $520.00 inc GST thereafter.

 

Registration Cancellations

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences & Events [email protected]

Cancellations received by 1 May 2014 will not incur a cancellation fee, cancellations received between 1 May and 20 May 2014 will incur a $75 administration fee.  No refund will be given for cancellations received after 20 May 2014  Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time.
