It refers to one’s ability to use the skills and resources they have to create success. It’s about being responsible for the resources and capabilities one needs to grow and develop.

Over 500 people attended in 2021. We anticipate the appetite for this professional development will continue to be strong in 2023 as NASDAP membership continues to rise.

This is the largest gathering of Deputy and Assistant Principals in New Zealand and is only held biennially.

We know there is much to be done to move things forward for our staff and learners, but this conference is a chance to network; to find out what others have been doing; to find the courage to make some brave changes!  Let’s meet at the new Tākina conference centre in Wellington…
